Cannot return from Hibernation on Dell 5510 Windows Enterprise 64x

Hello,
I own a new Dell 5510, and i simply cannot return from Hibernation.
I'll provide as much information as i can, i assume you'll ask questions and guide me to do things so i will answer and add them to the main post to save others the trouble of going through everything.

I suspect the issue has something to do with the M.2 SSD, it is connected to the PCIe (By default from Dell) which leads to multiple issues, such as not being identified by Acronis.
These two images show what happens when i try to return from hibernation:

The only progress i've made so far is noticing that making changes to things that are SOMEHOW related to hibernation will allow me to perform hibernation untill i restart the machine.
Example 1: Going into the bios and setting "Block sleep (3)", then booting the computer, i can go in\out of hibernation untill a reboot.
Example 2: Going into Device Manager, uninstalling "Microsoft ACPI-Clomplient control Method Battery", then clicking "Action -> Scan for hardware changes", the computer installs the exact same version/build of the driver - hibernation works untill a restart.

Dell has no idea how to fix this, i've spoken to their specialist and they said they will returnto me once they have an answer.
What can i do in order to solve this strange issue?

CPU: i7-6820HQ (Skylate 14nm)
MOBO: Dell Inc 0N9J4R
GPU: Intel HD530
GPU: 2047 Nvidia Quadro M1000M
Storage: SSD PM951 NVMe Samsung (Windows Installed)
Storage: HDD 931GB WD10SPCX-75HST0
UPDATES: Both windows updates and Dell's updates have been performed fully (inc BIOS).
Dell online system check: Also did the 40min one, completed successfully.

just a comment really
Skylake has had its fair share of problems in regard to its power config set-up.
Dont know as i've not got it
BUT
How about dissabling the Skylakes powerconfig, if it exists?, and just use MS's own

I'm more then willing to try, i tried digging in the computer to find this setting and i failed miserably, could i get some directions?

Hi TT
I know that the ms one is in Control panel > power options > then use the advanced options.
The Skylake are part of the Bios.
