cannot send from "live mail"

I cannot send from my live mail account.....i can recieve ok

any help appreciated...i am not a techy please keep any reply simple thanks

If you were able to send it the past, make sure that your settings are correct.
Bring uo live mail and go to accounts properties and make sure it agrees to what is shown on the email website. If it does post back for further information.
