Cannot Share Folders?

Hi,

I tried to share a folder to another Windows 7 Laptop but I encounter a Can't Share Folder error and I am an administrator.

I tried to changed the ff:
Turn ON Network Discovery
Turn ON File and Printing Sharing
Turn ON Sharing..

Once I Click on Save Changes (There's a Shield Icon on that button) and Go back to Advanced Sharing, all of the items above are reset back to OFF.

This problem comes up all the time but there are many causes and solutions. Many possible solutions are listed in these TechNet threads. It usually has to do with certain Windows networking services being shut off.
