Hi! I recently downloaded a game but I cannot start it. An error always appears: "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".
I tried installing DirectX Runtime here, but I also got an error before installing: "An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem".
I tried running SFC /SCANNOW and it didn't found any integrity violations. I tried turning off my antivirus before installing. What should I do? Thanks in advance!
PS: Attached to this thread is the specification text file (dumped using Speccy) of my computer as well as the DXError.log and DirectX.log found in "C:\Windows\Logs" folder.
