Do you have an OEM computer or did you build it yourself? If it's OEM, you should have a Startup Repair options in your boot menu. Can you access the command prompt inside the recovery menu?

That's for Windows XP, but I suspect it's a similar issue. You should do a clean installation on a separate partition or drive so that you can move any valuable data and then format the drive altogether to start over.

You didn't type it write. Forgot to include "copy" in the command. Type this exactly as you see it:

copy C:\Windows\repair\sam C:\Windows\system32\config\sam

If it doesn't allow you to overwrite, use this command:

copy /y C:\Windows\repair\sam C:\Windows\system32\config\sam

Use two commands. In each case see the same message: The system cannot find...
In prompt I have X:\sources>. Maybe I have change to F: where DVD is?

My Computer

OS
Windows 7
Go to the root of the drive in a command prompt
(by typing "cd \" without the quotes, and hitting Enter)
and do
"dir filename /s"

where filename is the file you're searching for.
That should search the entire disk. If you don't find it,
try using /AH switch to show hidden files as in
"dir /AH filename /s"

If it ain't there, it ain't there.

Well, did not find "repair", "repairfolder".
In C: find one file SAM(262 kB) in C:\Windows\System32\config,
and second SAM files (29kB) in C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack
What to do now?
Appreciate your help, and thanks so much.
Regards

See SAM in:
C:\Windows System32\config, and in
C:\Windows System32\config\RedBack

The file exists, here's a screenshot. You might be getting trouble because it doesn't have an extension. Also, you need to allow admin privilege to view the folder:

It's look that I can not do anything. Is there method to start Win7 from command prompt?

If there's an essential file missing, it won't boot at all until you fix it.
