cannot start my notebook

Thanks for your tutorial. I have no problem with my desktop, but having
problem with my notebook which is Dell. The problem is, it cannot restart
and I have tried many but still it won't start. Can you please help?

Hi DavidTango,

Kindly let us know what happens when you try to turn on the laptop. Do you hear any beep codes or any lights on the system.

Also have you checked with the battery and only on AC adapter as well. Drain the static power in the system:

Power off the system.
Disconnect all peripherals attached to the system including the battery as well.
Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.
Reconnect the only the AC adapter to the system.
Power on the system and check its functionality.

Kindly update your system specs here by following this.Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
