Cannot start the MySql service. Not even manually.

I am trying to install MySql Server on my computer, and whenever I try to configure MySql, it complains that it cannot start the MySQL service. I tried starting the service manually in the control panel "Local Services", but that doesn't work either.


I am using Windows 7 with Service Pack 1. Can you guys help?
