Guys.i have been looking all over the internet for my problem but did not find any solution.Hope you guys can help me.
PROBLEM:-I have a HP pavilion dv6 notebook pc.It has two graphics -ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5650 and INTEL HD 3000. I recently installed COMODO firewall. After a few days I uninstalled it.After uninstalling it ,now i cant switch between the two graphics.
Before,to switch between graphics all I had to do was go to desktop, right click and select "Configure Graphics Properties".But the main problem is when i right click on desktop,I do not get the "Configure Graphics Properties".Please help me:confused:
I reinstalled Catalyst Control Center but nothing happened.I recently bought Max Payne 3 but cannot play because I cannot switch my graphics.Hope you guys can help me .:)

..reformating is never the answer. as you never truly know what happened.

Laptops have drivers SOLD to them they are not actually found on the vid cards manufacture site.

they are liscensed out to the manufacturer of the laptop. So the trick to get drivers installed goes more like this.

In device manager you will see your ati graphics.
Choose update, choose browse for drivers NOT auto search.
Have disk then you will see Generic option listed with your ati drivers.

Choose the generic adapter.

Comp will reboot be in low res. Then check to be sure VGA adapeter is your current display adapter, ( device manager)
THEN From the Manufacturere site ( if Toshiba hten that site) and download your laptops version ( model number on the buttom ) install that right from teh downloaded package and it shall work.
