hi, I used revo uninstaller to remove left over stuff before I uninstalled the program. now I want to install it again and what I get is repair or remove options and both give errors. so how can I install the software again? it is server application for phonemypc

How are you trying to install?

Yes. Revo Uninstaller creates a System Restore before it uninstalls any program. So the easiest way to get the program back is to restore the system to that point.

Now a bit of advice. Whatever programs one installs, he should have it stored somewhere for any future installs -unless he can download it easily from the internet anytime.

As an example, some programs which you pay and buy, direct you to a download site and require that you download it within 30 days - unless you had opted to pay an extended download fee. So it is always better to download it and keep it safely for any future installs alongwith the key.

i did not unistall the program with revo, i just did the clenaing of leftover before I had really uninstalled the program...So, now when I want to install it again it says Remove or Repair. However I have solved now, did the repair, this time it didn't give me any error, maybe for the cleaning with cc.
