Cannot Update - Error Code 8024000E

Hi.

Unfortunately, I cannot update. I repeatedly get the error code 8024000E.

I tried installing the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) as instructed in the tutorial, but it will not install. I get the message "The following updates were not installed HotFix for Windows (KB947821)". I have attached the CBS zipped folder.

This issue is caused when Intel Rapid Storage Driver isn't installed.

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

The intel site keeps timing out and I get the error "An error occurred while processing your request.

When I try to install iata_enu.exe I get an error box that reads "RED X - This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

I tried that, installed it, scanned, but it said "no drivers were detected for your system".

Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers. If your computer manufacturer altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes, the Intel® Driver Update Utility may not recognize the device.

Have been trying to find older Intel driver on intel site, no luck. Found driver on another website but I don't trust it.

You could perform Repair Install

Will correct your problem.

You will need Win7x64 DVD & Windows 25 character product key.
Do you have these?
