my new computer running windows 7 32bit, would not recognise my canon scanner.
i went to canon web sight and downloaded driver for w7 32bit, but still no joy.
can anyone help,

Welcome to Seven Forums
Sometimes when installing a printer or scanner you need to start the install then when prompted plug in the device for it to get recognized.
Just a thought
