Can't access 1 website which I've been on 1000's of times

You said you reset your router
Now that would include "parental controls" options,
So is it your router settings??

Try accessing the site if possible with another network connection to see if the problem is with your lap or the router.may be another wifi network or mobile tethering

When I entered 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4 in Preferred DNS server it says network address entered invalid.

That format (separated by a comma) is for entering in QuicksetDNS

Your picture shows 8.8.8.8 in Preferred DNS server and 8.8.4.4 in Alternative DNS server that's invalid as well.

I used Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/v6)

It's not valid for Internet Protocol Version 6. Uncheck the box.

I looked in Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/v4) and its set the same as your picture as default.

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8 and in Alternative DNS server: 8.8.4.4

That should work.

I unchecked Internet Protocol Version 6 and left Internet Protocol Version 4 but it still wouldn't work.

I had an email last night of the other admin on that site he said:

You need to contact your IP, you and me have been silenced from up upon high, we are being watched! It is heavy handed of them to do this and I am not sure of the legality of it, I am very annoyed, this isn’t a police state!

He could access both sites without a problem.

I don't have the main administrator email address because I can't get the side up. I know he works for

I wrote some info in the contact link and posted it. This was in the forum so it working today and the Skoda forum is. I don't know what they have fixed, I will wait until the reply comes back.

I knew he worked for a alloy wheel company in Northern Ireland so I Googled that.

I've now found the company he works for Alloy Wheels - PerformanceAlloys.com(R) UK & Europe's Alloy Wheel Experts™

I know have his email address not that its much use as I've emailed him in the past and he never replies.
