can't access certain sites or updates

even tried it on my wifes laptop and the same thing. I get internet through a satelite disc and then wirelessly through a TP link router(wr841n). Its like I can't load too many txts like the reports earlier or too big pages.Won't let me download spybot either.

Let's see if flushing the DNS cache and restoring MS's Hosts file helps------

Copy and paste these lines in Note pad.

ipconfig /flushdns

Save as flush.bat to your desktop. Right click and choose to run as Administrator.

Reboot/restart the computer. Now, see if you can download AdwCleaner. It looks like AVG may have too many features running!

thanks found out it was a router problem for what ever reason. I just bought a new tplink router about a month ago and it wouldnt let me load certain sites.Hooked bk up old one and everything was alright.So i switched back again and seems to be ok for time being.Don't know why it fooled up though.Thanks for the help
