Can't access via RDP programs that was loaded on start

Hello!
I have a remote PC with a server application, which is started automatically on system boot like this:

So on system boot the service is loaded as expected. But when I connect to this PC via RDP I can not access this service, it seems to be running under "another session" despite of user is the same:

If its a service goto the service logon and set it to the user you want

would you be so kind and explain what does it mean?
described service have GUI, which is not accessible, the service itself starts on system boot

Photo control panel,admin tools,services then find service select login set to the user for rdp or to system
