I used imgburn to burn mini tools bootable cd. All went fine. I booted to it and it was all well.
I did not touch anything! I just booted it. After I saw it booted, I pressed the exit red cross button. System restarted and just gets to a message that says 'reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key'.

I tried manually booting to any HDD (I have 2 and both of them have OS'es) but nothing. Still comes to this message.
I would really appriciate any help.

Check "Boot Menu" and make sure that the Boot partition is first in the Que.
1) Shutdown your Computer.
2) Turn it on
3) During loading, Press F12 and it should take you to the boot menu

It didn't work. I tried everything in BIOS. Tried even unpluging one HDD at a time.
The only thing that helped was Windows repair.

Thanks anyway :)
