[SOLVED] can't boot anymore. ci.dll corrupt

I had a clean pc, no virusses. I've booted, watched a movie, virus notifications popped-up. Healed and everything, but suddenly blue screen: Hard error. When boot: windows can't boot. Repair tool etx, but didn't solved it.

I can't get into safe mode, restore point is corrupt, backup made with another tool, don'thave the disk here...

I'm kinda desperate about how i can fix this :S

You are the second person I've seen with this problem in a week wonder what's going on.
Anyhow last time this fixed it.

ci.dll is the code integrity module. ... very important. The secure file command should fix any possible corruption with it.

Download System Sweeper (about 576 kB):
https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper

Insert 256 MB or larger USB stick into a usb port.

Run the downloaded program--mssstool64.exe or mssstool32.exe

Choose the option to install to USB.
Caution: The install program will format the usb stick.

The install program will download about 200 mB more.

After the install is finished, leave the stick in the usb slot.

Run the program you downloaded once again.

This 2nd run, and any subsequent runs, will download the very latest anti-virus definitions (about 60 mB).

To keep System Sweeper up-to-date, simply reinsert the usb stick and run the installation program again.

The initial, full scan by System Sweeper can easily take a couple of hours, but subsequent quick scans will take only a few minutes.

Remember, your computer is being very thoroughly checked for all types of malware.

The problem is that i don't have a pc right now i'm usig my cellphone and i didn't install anything new etc, just a random virus message, but i've healed it :S then suddenly black screen and revoot...

I have a windows backup, but don't recognize it. Does the backup folder have a special name or something?

How can i do that if i don't have a working computer
Safe mode doesn't even work

I've ran some bootrec.exe commands, and it succeeded ^^ booted into windows, but still virus notifications and some corrupt widgets and shortcuts, but i'll probably fix that soon thx guys for the fast replies
