Can't break administrator password

Hi guys
I have a problem with my administrator password, my windows is an original and i try to rest the password with the system repair but it's failed, when i type in the following command to backup the original sticky keys file:

 copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\

the result: the system cannot find the path specified
is there another way to restore my password?

Thought the error message was quite clear. The path specified could not be found. When using system repair the installation for Windows is not likely mount under "C:"
