Solved Can't change custom themes correctly

Hello, I used Windows 7 disc to repair the PC for a few reasons. Once the repairs finished I restarted the computer and lo and behold, I cannot change to any of my installed themes. When I attempt to do so they change to Windows 7 Basic or Windows classic theme. I've tried going into advanced system settings and re-checking "Use Visual Styles", reinstalling the themes, restarting the PC and restarting the Themes service. None of these have worked.

I can change to the default themes perfectly.

If the themes are 3rd party custom theme then you need to run the patch again after the repair.

You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
