ASUS X441B Can open BIOS settings, but Can't change any BIOS settings

My Friend's PC had OS problem that can't enter into it what so ever, it's a win 10 x64. I want to reinstall the OS, but I had a problem, I can go to BIOS setting, but I can't change anything in "Advance Mode", while in "Ez Mode" I can change the Boot Priority, but when I changed it and reboot, the PC come with message "Secure Boot Violation: Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup".
I have some research and got that I need to turn off the "Secure Boot", but I can't change that setting in BIOS.
Any one can help? Thanks

Is the computer a Laptop or desktop?
What OS you want to install. Win 7 or Win 10?
For Win 10 I suggest you to post in Windows 10 Help Forums.

As mentioned, resetting the BIOS may allow to change settings.
