Wow, I don't know anything more to say, other than using a system repair disk, and repairing it. Do you have a system recovery/repair disk? If you do, pop it in, boot up from it, and it will automatically detect and fix and windows problems.

What kind of windows 7 do you have? and is it 32 or 64 bit?
