Cant change my sevenforums theme...

i try to change it but it goes back to is sevenblue v2...
any ideas?

btw i'm using ie8 if that makes a difference

Clear your cookies and log out ... see if that works

it didn't work.
plus the page after you log out says that the cookies were cleared.
but i did it manually too.
no luck

ok, nevermind.
weirdest thing. i decided to move on to a realtek installation and all of a sudden the themes came back. maybe it was a delayed reaction or something
good to go.

Hello Redsoxm16,

Double check to make sure that you have changed the Forum Skin setting in the Edit Options area in the User CP to have the skin you wanted.

If you did, then see if resetting IE8, then deleting cookies will allow you to afterwards.

thanks for the heads up on that option anyways Shawn.
i usually would change it via the drop down options on the bottom of a page but i looked in the CP and saw it was set to 'forum default' so i changed it to black (which i think you guys have done a great job with!)

I just had a similar issue, I had to install CCleaner to get the cookies to delete as IE didn't seem to want to do it; I'm glad you got your issue sorted.
