Solved Can't clear 3 documents from printer queue , really need a solution

Tried disabling printer pool and enabling it again, gone into windows32/spool/printing setting permissions for my user account that has admin permissions but given it full permissions for that folder.


Tried logging in as admin to remove them but I get access denied each time in the window bottom.


The port is blank for each document in the queue.

I usually don't have issues clearing documents from the menu but this time I have.

I let my sister use the pc and it was something she did that caused this but I don't know what. She won't remember either.

So how do I get rid of these documents? Resetting the pool service didn't reset the queue so what will?

Just now and no luck.

Edit: Forgot the possibility these documents might have been in the queue of the other pc connected to the printer and turns out this solved it.
