I just installed Win 7 home premium. When I go to my printer which is on the wireless network, I can print with no problems. When I try to scan I go to HP Solution center to scan and it I get a message that my device is not connected. I then reinstalled all the Win 7 drivers for the HP C7280 all in one printer and when I go to connect to the printer device, I get the error message that it can not connect to the printer. The printer did show up. I also disabled the norton firewall. HELP please.

Hello Lapeter, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Not a fix but at least a workaround: networked HP scanners normally have a scan option when you enter their web interface. Open a browser, type your HP's IP address to enter the web interface and look around for a scan button.
