I am having an issue where my controller will install the drivers, then disconnect, turn off the controller playstation and unpair the device on its own. Can someone please help me? I got the controller to work on my Alienware laptop but it's not working on my E5430 Latitude.

If you're trying to use Bluetooth, that technology is a real PITA sometimes. You may want to see if the Latitude has an updated Bluetooth driver. Absent of that, maybe a decent USB Bluetooth adapter will work. IOGEAR is a reputable company. Don't trust reviews -- from anywhere...

It looks like both the Latitude and PS4 controller use Bluetooth 4. Though, Bluetooth should be backwards compatible like USB.
