Can't connect to a windows service and other problems

Last night my computer started to do some pretty crazy things. I can not connect to the internet, it says "can't connect to a windows service" and it keeps turning my virus software firewall off.

What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried going into safemode with networking? See this tutorial:

I have safe mode networking as an option already.
