Cant create a new user

Sup everyone.

Another problem with my laptop.

I tried to create a new user, and every time I try to switch to it, restarting my computer, or switching users, or turning off my computer then back on. It logs on, then says logging off right away.

What's up with thaaaat?

Are you able to boot into Safe Mode? And does the same thing happen when attempting to login to Safe Mode?

If this is the case, the likely the WINLOGON.EXE (or USERINIT.EXE) process has been corrupted, or the system cannot find it. Boot from your Windows 7 DVD, and then use the repair options to access System Restore, and then restore to a time period from before this happened, which might resolve this issue.
