Just to add to the knowledge base.
What you were doing essentially is creating a folder with the "s" attribute, meaning it was treated as a Protected OS file
so windows hides it due to the fact that it is set to do so by default.

By unchecking that option your mysteriously disappearing folders will show-up.

That was not my meaning, YoYo.
My point is and was that Seven Forums is so big we cannot afford spreading inaccurate information. We have to think not only the OP but also the future readers of this or any thread we participate. As the information you gave happened to be completely false, it needed to be corrected.
