Cant delete Media Sync folder

Hi everyone. Firstly I am an IT numpty so be gentle with me.

I have a media sync folder on my desktop that was created when I wanted to move some music from a Blackberry to the PC so that I could create a CD, this didnt work either. Now I cant delete the folder, when I try to do this it says that I need permission from HomePC/dad and that is me. I am already signed in as an administrator so what do I do next.

try right clicking the folder and select properties
click the security tab and see if you can give yourself full rights
or take ownership of it, then you should be able to delete it.

thank you, it says that I have full permission but still cant delete

ok, you could try with some third party tools, if you have malewarebytes then you could use file assasin to move it.
there are tons of threads here about deleting a file, will go have a search.

Have you tried booting into Safe mode and deleting it?
