Cant delete redundant icons in games folder

Hi
I downloaded a couple games on steam and moved the icons into the games folder. Now I'm stuck with the default file icon and I cant do anything with it. I also went into appdata and delete EVERYTHING in games explorer and they are still there

Please help me with this problem.

PS I also used regedit. That didnt work.
