Solved Can't Download Anything

Everytime I try to download something I get and Error message "Unable to download. This is true to updates ie., Java, Flash Player simple pictures etc.
I begining to really not like Windows 7.

Please try to download this, you don't need to run it, ( although you can if you want to), just try to download it and tell me exactly what happens;

Is Internet Explorer 9 installed? If so, it could be the matter why couldn't properly download.

I had to add some registry settings and clean cache in order to make possible again.

Here:
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
"ConnectRetries"=Dword32bits value 10 in decimal
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword32bits value between 2 to 10

You can apply those with IE8 and clean the temporary internet files in the Internet options of the control panel. Or either reset IE8 in the advanced tab.

Mike: I have not moved anything. If there is a chance of making the system unstable I don't want to it.

OK. Go into the browser settings and delete all temporary internet files.

This should fix the problem. If you use CCleaner, then don't let it delete the cache ( Uncheck the box).
