Cant Download Programs.. Corrupt Disk

When ever i go to download like firefox or skype or aim or anything it tells me that internet explore is unable to find the server.

when i go to start my computer up with Windows 7 on it. it does a disk check everytime.

Do a system file check/repair: Run the sfc /scannow command to see if it can fix chkdsk. :)

Type sfc /scannow into search box in start menu and hit Enter.

when i go to type it in and then hit enter it doesnt do anything just sits there

Try entering the command into a administrator level command prompt.

type cmd into the search bar and press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

i got it fixed. i just keep letting it do the disk check when booting and rebooting about for 5 hours lol and it works perfect now like nothing was ever never wrong :P

well accually i just restarted the computer now its popping saying aim corrupt disk and crap now?

its not the hard drive it works fine when i run windows xp and crap..

like when i go to save a picture or w/e it says the disk isnt write able? or is corrupted for some reason it wont let me save stuff to the parition.
