Tried downloading RC on my Vista machine and SBS 2003 machine. It gives me the key, I click download and the ActiveX plugin is installed. It then redirects back to the page which gives you a key. They key is different each time.
Every time I click download, it goes to the download manager page then redirects me back to the key generator page.
