When I'm trying to drag window to move, it doesn't move with all graphics. While dragging a window border appeared. After that when dragging is done, whole window appeared. How can I solve the problem? Please help.

If I am right. This might be something to do with computers processor or RAM. Or in other words, your computer is being a bit slow. Now again, I said "if" I am right. That is my speculation though. I hope you figure it out.

Check out your options in Advanced System Settings - in the Performance tab, set the options for 'Let Windows choose....', and OK out
That should fix it :)

(the specific setting is 'Show Window contents while dragging' - make sure it's ticked)

:)Thanks a lot, NoelDP. I've solved the problem with your suggestion. 'Show Window contents while dragging' - was ticked, I unchecked it and checked it again.

Indeed, that's good to know. Sometimes an option will show as being selected (or unselected), yet the actual behaviour can be the opposite of what's intended. The usual cure for this is to toggle the option, as you have done.
