Sounds to me like the motherboards usb controller chip is flaked out.....might be time for new motherboard, or an add-on usb card.

u mean keep the motherboard and buy new usb? i also thought dat...cause if i have to chabge the motherboard other prob may appear!

As you have stated that it is just the Mouse that gives you problems .. I would be inclined to get a new one and try that first before doing any thing else or test it on some other Computer ..
