tried to download nvidia driver it says the driver is not compattible with my graphics card

That should be the 32 bit flavour.NVIDIA DRIVERS 195.62 WHQL

I HAVE TRIED THE 64 BIT NVIDIA DOWNLOAD WHEN IT RUNS ON MY SYSYEM IT SAYS THE DOWNLOAD IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY NVIDIA DRIVER AND I KNOW i HAVE A FACTORY INSTALL GEFORCE 9300 M

AU Drivers

Sony Vaio VGN-Z590 is the same as the Australian Version Sony Vaio VGN-Z27GN.

if you look on Sony Australia's Website they have detail instruction on fresh installs and all the drivers are at the bottom of the OS Upgrade/ Downgrade section.
