Can't find thumbnail function

Just loaded my USB pen into my laptop. all works ok, but can't find the thumbnail option in view icon. I need to see at a glance all the photo's on it without using the prepane window.

Any ideas please

Welcome aboard!! First icon below the search computer on the right. Click the down arrow to get options.

many thanks for your reply. I have found the options and have tried all of them, but it is still not showing what each item is. At the moment all the pics are showing the same, think it must be a sample pic that is being picked up.

Any idea of how I can change the settings for this. None in the options menu work
