I don't know exactly how it happened, most likely something I downloaded, but at this time cannot fix.
Problem:When I start IE it just keeps trying to load.eventually it sometimes opens, but if I go anywhere it just replays again.I tryed putting in other versions of IE but it still does the same thing.
Any help appreciated.

Ps,I went into advanced and reset there also.

Try reinstalling it?

How do I install or uninstall Internet Explorer 9?

If that doesn't work, let me know. Additionally, you will want to make sure your computer is virus free using your up to date antivirus software. Try disabling it when you install IE9. Afterwards, make sure all important windows updates are installed, and then see if it works. THEN you will want to reeanble your antivirus.

Type Internet Options into your start menu search bar and select it. Select the Advanced tab, and click Reset...

When it prompts, DO delete all cookies, temp files, etc. via the delete personal data checkbox. Select OK (till it exits). Now type Internet Explorer into the start menu search bar and select the IE option WITHOUT add-ons.

Does it run?

If it does, it could be an add-on causing problems. No matter what it is, go into your control panel>uninstall programs and uninstall the programs you do not want or need. Keep an eye out for gimmicks that might be installed such as 'coupon savers' or toolbars. Be careful not to uninstall windows updates or drivers, as they are often listed there.

What antivirus program are you using? Malwarebytes is a free scanner that goes well with antivirus programs as an additional scan that works quite well. You could try it if you like to run a full scan to see if there are things your antivirus didn't pick up: http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php

Well, perhaps it is an add-on/security software problem.

Spybot - Search & Destroy has been in the antispyware game for a long time offering features we've come to expect in the best apps in the category, but bugs and false positives make it difficult to recommend.

I recommend against such a strong program, but your choice. I've seen more than my fair share of problems with that exact program in dealing with false positives.

Basically, check your security software and add-ons. I'll bet something in that area is causing the problems, and if not, it already caused the problem by deleting something it shouldn't have.

Let me know if you need any further help with this problem for anything. Sounds to me like you found your answer. If not, I'll be here.
