hello!!!
I have a problem here. Currently, i can'g go into into any log-in required websites (ex: yahoo mail, blog, facebook).

can anyone know how to solve this without using system restore, cause I had used system restore before, but it'll affect my softwares installed.

By the way, I'm using Norton Internet Security 2010. Does NIS 2010 cause this?

I'm just realize that this only occur after I updated my NIS2010.
After system restore, everything went fine until I update my NIS 2010. Is this is just a coincidence or it has something to do with NIS 2010. I've used Norton for more than a year, and I trusted this product.

My opinion is to get of Norton and install another anti-virus and protection program. Norton can be very invasive.

Norton has cost up front, plus you have the annual subscription cost.

Many members of the forum, use Microsoft Security Essentials in conjuction with

Malwarebytes. That would be my suggestion. Together they are just as good or better than

your current protection and it is free.

If you update your norton from the pop up on facebook this disables norton & passwords web sites.

now i can surf all those websites. I think it maybe because of software glitch. After doing system restore for few times, it went fine. Nothings wrong with Norton.

CarlTR6, I don't get what you mean by invasive, though I agree that Norton takes most of control over my laptop, but it's still a good a/virus program.

That's exactly what I mean by being invasive. It is a FAIR anti-virus program. There are better ones for free.

You will pay every year to use Norton. Why not try MSE, Microsoft Security Essentials, it is free and when used in conjunction with malwarebytes it cannot be beat.
