Solved Can't get Word 2010 picture formatting to print correctly for 4.5 x 6

Try reducing the size of the image in Word. It looks like the image is getting cut off at the top & bottom when you print it.

Also this is the Windows 7 Forum, so as you are using Windows 10 try the Ten Forum.

You didn't allow for the default printer border (non-printable area).

Looks to be about 0.25" per side so you need to reduce the image size by 0.5" width and length then center on the page.

Thank you, that allowed for the entire image to be shown. Now, is there a way to get that border flush with the edges of the paper?

Not likely as it takes a borderless printer - I haven't seen one for years.

However, you may be able to use larger stock, add registration marks then use a paper cutter to trim as desired.

Another idea is to do 4x6 inch and have it printed as a picture. Those are borderless and can be had from places like Sam's, Walmart, etc for less than 20 cents each.

Thanks. It looks like I have the option for borderless printing, but it just doesn't give that paper size option :p. I think I will just buy some 4x6 inch cards and try it that way.
