My wife is having problems getting Youtube videos to play properly on her Desktop PC, she uses Firefox 30.0 browser.
The video player screen just shows a black screen with a wheel thing just going round and round, you could leave this for hours and it would still be the same.
The strange thing is this PC used to be mine a few months back and all worked fine then.
If she uses other browsers such as Google chrome, Internet Explorer the video player works no problem at all.
She could switch to one of these browsers i suppose but she prefers Firefox and reluctant to change.
Any help and advice would be appreciated very much.
