I think a starting place to solve your problem would be to buy a legal Microsoft DVD and COA key and not use on from a Pirate web site. (tpb) The Pirate Bay

But i tested other HDD and the problem was still there, so it's not the HDD. I'll try something with hiren's boot.

I would create a new install dvd, stop using the one you have.
