Can't Install Certain Updates

I can't install the following updates:
kb982124
kb982135
kb983486

I started with 9 updates that wouldn't install and then installed each one manually, and these 3 are the ones that would not install. The other 6 worked. I then tried to reset Windows update, and that didn't do anything either. Any ideas?

All three updates are for Microsoft office 2007 ... Do you have Microsoft office 2007 installed on your machine ?

Yes, as I stated in my question I did try to reset Windows Update.

And yes, I do have Microsoft Office 2007 installed on my computer.
