Solved can't install Cirago Bluetooth 3.0 High Speed & Wi-Fi (B/G/N) USB

hi

i am trying to install Cirago Bluetooth 3.0 High Speed & Wi-Fi (B/G/N) Mini USB Adapter Class 2 BTA7300. on win7 sp1. when it try to install the wi-fi I get

If the dongle is plugged in, try removing it then running the setup, only plug it in if setup asks for it or after installation (if successful).

sorry for the delay. i have a disability and can not use my hands, so i had to wait for someone to unplug the dongle.

same error, but i noticed the drivers says realtek 11n usb wireless lan and not b/g/n

Well, n is the fastest spec among those. So maybe not important.

Hmm, try installing Visual C++ Redistributable 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013 x86 (32bit) versions. Get the Service Packed versions from Microsoft.

If above fail, try:
- removing the dongle
- restart PC
- Run DriveCleanup (as Admin) from Drive Tools for Windows (down in the list)
- Restart PC
- Run CCleaner and clean registry
- Run the installer as Admin
- Plug the device if asked for or after install (if possible)
