Solved Cant install IE10 error C959

Hi, i repaired an error in windows update that the service windows update was impossible to start, the problem was in winsxs folder that all files about the service are corrupted, and dont allow me start the service and neither install programs about to fix windows update and services, well i was make a copy/paste from a clean partition with 0 errors and updated perfectly, to mi corrupted winsxs files and folder that SFC says that are corrupted, and the problem was solved, the service windows update now is working perfect, but after updated the system, just IE10 is impossible to install, with error #9C59 from windows update, i tried all the methods listed in microsoft, fix it, clean boot, etc, implemeting all files from IE10 cleaned partition that dont exist in mi windows, in same folders, manifest, catroot and winsxs folders and is impossible to solve, the problem i think that is in IE9 because SFC launch me this errors:

Microsoft Fix it center too launch me an error #0x80070057 when i try to fix and cant fix neither the error.
I tried to uninstall/delete IE9 from the system to reinstall after IE9 and IE10 but is impossible to uninstall IE9 neither.
The idea was that if i can delete IE9 from the system is possible to solve the problem, updating IE8 to IE9 or reinstalling IE9 and then i dont have errors in the manifest folder to install IE10, but cant uninstall IE9 neither.
I tried too to install this update Windows6.1-KB947821-v26-x64.msu from here Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2013] from Official Microsoft Download Center but nothing, is impossible, the update fix and repair, but without changes about my problem.
Help me plz, im desperate.

Hello Eki mate how did you try to uninstall IE9?

You might be better off downloading and saving IE10 to downloads (I keep my downloads on desktop - type download in search > Windows orb - and right click - send to desktop)

Run Revo uninstaller for IE9 then run IE10 from Downloads. Download Internet Explorer 10 - Download Internet Explorer 10

For fail safe download IE9 as well as a back up.

Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Hi Icit2lol thx for answer, i downloaded following your steps, the Revo program but cant see revo uninstaller for IE9 and in the revo version that i downloaded dont appear nothing about IE9 because Revo cant show updates of win 7.

Never mind mate just go ahead with the IE10 run from downloads, - only just check Windows Updates first to see if it is there.

It should install over 9 anyway.

LOL, do you think that i request help, without tested before ALL methods listed in microsoft? downloading the IE10, clean boot, repairing with SURT, SFC, restoring, implementing all IE10 files from another system to my system, replacing catroot files, creating new catroot2 files, deleting all windows updates, etc etc etc etc, and you say download IE10 and install? OMG.
Well no problem, i repaired my corrupted system and now i got IE10 intalled, the problem was in some manifest files *9.4.8112.16412*.manifest and some *.CAT that SURT and SFC cant repair and dont allow to upgrade to ie10, finally i found a computer with the same files that mine no corrupted and making copy paste over these files the system is restored and now SFC launch me 0 errors, IE10 finally is intalled.

Well I didn't quite expect such a response - please accept my apologies if maybe you thought I was implying you did not know what to do.

At least you got it going and in hindsight I suppose I probably should have not answered what I thought was a long wait in the forum queue and that you said that you were desperate, when it seems you had it under control all along.
I am no expert and find it disappointing my suggestions were in vain, I try my best to help out those who seem to be being left behind or missed but this has taught me maybe I should research the problem a bit better than I did. :sarc:.
