Can't install L4D2

I bought a CD for L4D2 at game crazy. When I try to install it, Steam comes up and says something like "The steam servers are too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes". It says that every time. :mad: Why can I not install it???

Um I have Left 4 Dead 2. I will try it if I get time and see if it installs. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255) is what I have.
