I installed Seven today and when i tried to install Windows Live Messenger but it gives me some errors!

Using vista or windows 7 i usually do for the folders
program files
program files(x86)
users

go to security tab.
take ownership with inherit enabled as Everyone.
close tab
open again
delete all permission holders.
You get warning.
Add everyone as sole permission holder.
Give everyone all options
