Can't Install New MS Windows

I try to install new MS Windows 8.

I already set the 1st Boot Device to CD/DVD on BIOS and make save change.

But why my computer keep booting into the hard drive (to the OS, MS Windows 7), not booting to CD/DVD drive?

I can't install new MS Windows because of this problem.

How to solve this problem?

Try another drive
If that does not work, try with another bootable CD, does it work?
If it does the problem is with the CD.

This disc could be bad, where did it come from ?

Use the 1 time boot menu key to boot from the dvd drive, if it doesn`t work and you don`t get the words "Press any key to boot from DVD" then the disc is bad.

Trust me, you don`t want to go from 7 to 8........Keep 7, it`s the best Operating System ever made

No CD, windows is on a DVD
