Can't install TuneUP utilities

Hi I had TuneUp utilities in my PC and then I removed it and now after 2 months i want to install it again, but when I do it says that i must remove the old one and then I should try again lease help what do I do?

The temp folder containing the remove package is missing or deleted. The only way I can think of is to go into regedit and remove every line pertaining to it. That would be a monumental pain and not worth it in my estimation

do youo have a backup from before you had the problem?

That is the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility BTW, it might work if TU shows in the list of programs, and the windows installer was used to install. A Guy
