i as told 64 bit needed 2gb memory to install but you can do it with one but you might have a lil performance issues other than that should i just go with the 32 bit

You have to write the confirmed ISO to a flash stick using the complicated DOS commands, or an easier program like UltraISO trial version or Universal USB Installer.
Then boot the stick under USB, Removable, or HD's.
I'd use the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key given on first boot screen.
Do I put that on the same USB as windows is on or a different one. Also im trying to upload it with a pc that has windows its just this one im installing

You'll format the flash stick before writing ISO to stick so anything already stored on it is gone.
Probably best for you to use UltraISO trial version: Install Ultra ISO, on File tab select Open ISO or Open DVD if that's all you have, on Bootable tab select Write Disk Image, click Format Button, Click Write button.
Now boot the stick by setting first to boot in BIOS setup, or using one-time BIOS boot menu key given on first BIOS screen. Stick should be listed under USB, Removable or HD's.
heres the update i got a external drive and turned the pc on pressed f11 and booted the computer from the cd drive and it said press a key to continue and it loaded windows what do i do next
