So recently i changed my MB so my old windows installation was corrupt.I managed to format my pc and install windows7 again with no problem at all but then after doing about 90 windows updates and restarting it my pc started showing the same problems again.I booted again the windows 7 dvd but this time it always stuck at starting windows screen.Any idea how i can run startup repair with another way then the usual since it wont do?

So the only option is to delete all my HDD data then?
also what is a resource disk and by a boot cd it means the windows installation dvd or what?

No not the installation DVD. Something like this.
That's the last resort. I have also posted this in the VIP forums to see if any other geek posts here something useful. :)

You may try this too ... Rebuild MBR - Partition Wizard Help .

But it sounds like a RAM related issue. If you can remove the ram sticks cautiously, clean the edges with cotton cloth and reinsert those, it might work properly. With my previous system, I have faced this issue a few times, and that is why I changed that.
